Tanjong Tajocha
Tanjong Tajocha is the COO at FEBE Associates. He is an experienced accountant and business consultant with over 15 years of experiences in accountancy, tax and business consulting.
Tanjong formally joined Febe Associates in March of 2019 after acting as an advisor since early 2016, and currently leads the global operations team.
With over 15-years of working with several businesses across the globe, he has a tremendous amount of experience providing accountancy, compliance, corporate governance, international tax and HR services to companies expanding overseas.
Working closely with Febe’s associates across the globe, he helps in connecting businesses with the right resources and expertise, ensuring a seamless entry and establishment in new markets.
Tanjong is also a graduate of Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University and a member of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Chiaretto Nkabeza
Chiaretto Nkabeza is the Managing Partner at FEBE Associates. He is an experienced accountant and business consultant with over 18 years of experiences in accountancy, audit and business consulting.
Originally from Cameroon, West Africa, Chiaretto has an extensive practical and working knowledge of doing business in Africa and has travelled and worked in many African countries. Chiaretto holds a First Degree in Economics from the University of Buea, Cameroon.
His past experiences involved running the Finance Department of an international travel company where he was in charge of Internal controls and provided management advisory services to the top management team. His advisory services to this company span the success and spread of their investment initiative. He was also engaged by a multi-national firm BlackGate in the DRC where he spent three years overseeing their African business to cut costs and improve efficiency.
